The Auto Skin-Finished Customer work showoff thread

Got some pics of the Static Altima I did in a custom caribbean blue/green chameleon pearl. Did 50 grams of chameleon and 25 grams of seafoam green pearl per mixed gallon.

What do you think?

sweet mother of god!

Good rule of thump is go by what fuse size is being used in these amps. The higher the more amperage it pulls, this is what I look at.

I'll stick a 300 amp fuse in a potato and sell it to you for $2k.

How long does that last on average? I have a guy who can hydro dip (I think that is what it's called) my motorcycles gas tank but this could be a bit cheaper depending on how often it has to be reapplied. Obviously the hydro dip is more permanent but if this lasts long enough it might be worth it.

dip in general will last 3+ years if applied right and cared for. On the motorcycle tank you just have to be careful of gas spills and your belt buckle scratching up against it etc.

Yeah there would be plenty of gas around the opening, I haven't figured out to prevent that yet. That would probably effect the hydro stuff though as well. Would legs resting against it cause it to wear out faster?

I dipped the fairings on my zx10 and haven't had issues at all. It depends on how thick it's applied.

But ya no bueno on the gas...I have to use a rag to contain drips 100% it's deff worth it than gambling on dat drip lol
