Ok not wanting this to come off sounding like a vs anything cause that's a big deal here... Just wondering if there is any big difference between the mini anl an the full size with current flow... Say on a 4 gauge wire with a 120 amp draw would one be a little better ?

There should be no difference. If a fuse is rated for 150 amps, no matter what its size, it should be good up to about 150 amps and then pop. They are just different form factors.

The limitation is more of the form factor itself. I THINK mini-anl goes up to 200amps. If you need more than that you have to go full ANL or another type.
