I would think that the bumper guard wouldn't fold back like that with such a slow hit. JMO True But correct me if I'm wrong... It looks like the impact is higher up on the vehicle. Like he hit the back end of a truck or something. Backstory: Truck going the opposite direction waiting to turn left in front of me. Failed to yield I had the light. Company policy for him was he sent in his dash cam footage and was declared at fault. Nice guy, very apologetic. Just made a bad judgement call. I'm just glad it wasn't worse.
