Bought it from the strange music site, so they have to file the claim? I believe so. I have been lucky only having one bad experience. Package from Discount jungle. After filling out a form with them, they then sent out new product and filed their claim with ups. I was lucky the neighbor was nice enough to walk to my house and hand deliver it to me. I've also done the same thing 5-6 times for my neighbors. Complained to USPS many many times and they just don't care . GL! I feel like going to all my neighbors on my block and asked them It really doesn't hurt... I'd go along something like, "Hi, I seem to have lost a package and was wondering if you picked up the mail lately and got my package from USPS?" One of the products I gave back to a neighbor was a MacBook pro from Macmall (I believe that was the name).... Man was it tempting! But being a good person is better than copping a $2k+ laptop imo lol... I was curious because it said macmall, so I asked him what was inside? I work at a UPS Store and when I check the tracking it says delivered but it wasn't. All my packages goto my work since I am there all the time. It showed up 4 days later. The guy that I talked with called me yesterday saying that the carrier remembers leaving a small box at my mail box, which they don't come in a box, it's an envelope and I can prove it. He then said it could've been vandalism but I doubt it and that's all he can do, he can give a number to call I went down to the office again talked to a different person, she was a bit helpfu too She check time of the route cause I told her they never come early and that day they did She also checked if it was at their office, also check if it was returned She's going to call me back cause she's going to talk with the carrier Things that don't add up How can the carrier remember what they dropped off at my house???
