Karkov
I just want to add my opinion. Yes, the RF T4000 is worth the repair. RF's current biggest amp is the constant power T2500 and that is a flat rate of $300 to get fixed but you have to pay shipping as well and that is $21 so $321 and I am willing to be it's some where in the price range. Also, I would not send that amp anywhere but Rockford to get repaired, or some place through them. They have a tendency to not only repair but just replace things and they will know exactly what everything inside is, what went wrong, what is broke, how to fix appropriately, and test it after wards to assure things are correct. Long story short, worth fixing, send it in ASAP through either RF or a place THEY recommend, stop fucking with it, pay what is costs, and enjoy a beast amp. 2007 Chevy Tahoe (SOLD) 12 ~ FI Audio X series 10" w/BP option 2 ~ DC Audio 5.0K @0.67 3 ~ DC Audio 5.0K @1.0 2 ~ PPI 3 way sets (not installed yet) 1 ~ RF T400-4, 1 ~ RF T600-2, 1 ~ RF T600-4 4 ~ CT Sounds 5.25" Strato comps (rear fill only) 1 ~ XS Power D4800 1 ~ XS Power D3400 8 ~ XS Power XP3000 160 stock alt, Mechman 370 Elite, 185 DC Power 320+ Sq. Tommy_PGT
Money is tight but I'm definitely getting it fixed. The other problem is the only sub's I own is 2 12" rf T1d4 and 2 15" kicker cvrs and 1 12" W7 single 3 ohm lmao all those combined ain't holding that amp. right now i have My T10001bd (smaller version of amp in video) on my W7 in my 2000 Chevrolet Suburban LS. Sounds great but I think I'm going the DC route....
