truthsayer Posted May 27, 2014 Report Posted May 27, 2014 So today my nephew came over to visit and help do some yard work. Well yesterday was his birthday and i know he thought i forgot. Well so i greeted him with a new playstation, 2 extra controllers, remote control and 2 games (grand theft auto and one war game). Man o man i don't know if iv'e ever seen a happier 12 yr old. (wish i had taken a video, but that's beside the point). His parents are more well to do than i am, (yea i little jealous) but he is always getting in trouble and grounded for something stupid, yet his sister, well you know. So that;s why i did it for him. So in hopes he would realize, things really do get better sometimes when you least expect them to. The reason i write this story is because sometimes it really feels better giving than receiving. So if and whenever you can, give a child deserving child something that will make them smile. truthsayer

If the 12 year old is aloud to watch movies which consist of gun scenes or drugs. , for example (bad boys or something along those lines) and can determine it's only a movie, GTA should be okay. But then again, it's on the parents.
