I have Diyma oversized 0 gauge wire throughout. All grounds have been ground down to bare metal for both the big 3 and the amp/rear battery. Like I stated in the first post I have a XS D925 under the hood and a XS D2400 in the trunk. Stock alternator for now looking into a new one. I have a ground from front to rear batt and a ground to the rear strut bolt that I have sanded bare. Everything is tight. I'll monitor voltage at the amp tomorrow.

Yea at 2 ohms that amp could do well over 900w.. but notnlikely after rise etc..

Maybe your alt doesmt do much if anything and your slowly pull the batts down while the alt cant keep up and go into low voltage protect after 3 min or so..
