Schliep96 Posted June 9, 2014 Report Posted June 9, 2014 Getting ready to put 4 Rockford Fosgate P1S4-15's in, and trying to find the right amp. 250 RMS and 500 Max each. Will a 1200 Rms @ 1 OHM work good?
Jhunt94 Posted June 9, 2014 Report Posted June 9, 2014 I think 1200 watts rms would be good for those. If you want to stay with Rockford Fosgate my suggestion would be the Prime 1200-1d. 2007 Ford F-150 Reg. Cab. Schliep96 Posted June 9, 2014 Author Report Posted June 9, 2014 That's all i have ever owned, but i'm thinking of a different brand for the amp because of price.
CleanSierra Posted June 9, 2014 Report Posted June 9, 2014 Soundqubed has a great 1200W amp with the Q-1200D and it's really affordable for most. That's if you plan on changing brands, like you said. And used, they can be REALLY affordable. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
Schliep96 Posted June 9, 2014 Author Report Posted June 9, 2014 Thanks! i will take a look at them, im just not sure at what power i should hook um to them?

Slinky Posted June 9, 2014 Report Posted June 9, 2014 I third the recommendation for the SoundQubed 1200. Their amps are fantastic and very fairly priced. Schliep96 Posted June 9, 2014 Author Report Posted June 9, 2014 Would this one work? Whats a good range of watts to stay between on the amp for these subs? http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_14639_Power-Acoustik-BAMF-2000-1D-BAMF2000-1D.html
youngbass98 Posted June 9, 2014 Report Posted June 9, 2014 I would just use one of the 2 1200watt amps listed above. as for the amp you posted above, you get what you pay for and there is no way in hell you can get 2000 watts out of that thing 06 monte carlo 2 12 rockford p3s soundstream rubicon 2500 crescendo audio mezzo 6.5 ct sounds 125.4 execution audio and shca wiring 2 xs d3400 on stock alt
