Quality Products, Customer Support, and then paying the bills in that order. If you have quality products then the customer support part becomes much easier. Of course every company has to pay the bills to stay in business, but when the paying the bills part jumps up in front on the priority list then the other two start to go down. When those go down the business has an even harder time paying the bills.
