it goes in 2 places, the sub box, and the amp...it has two terminals to be hooked to on the amp, even tho its only a mono..it has a set up like 2 channel, should i just hook it to one side? or like 1 post, and the other neg...idk i have it set up now, but i could try the other way

sorry kenwood sucks thats why they are sold at best buy.

so rockford sucks cause its sold at best buy and kicker/infinity/eclipse suck because theyre sold at circuit city??? i dont think so.

what coogle said was check the rca voltage. your head unit puts out a certain voltage though the rca's. its not that theyre faulty, but the voltage from the head unit might be higher than that amp typically accepts. find out what your preout voltage is on your head unit, and find out what the input is on your amp.

you do not bride these. run it off one one plus one minus i use the far left plus and far left minus and it does not hit loud so i switch them to the right plus and right minus if you catch what i am saying plus and minus go in pairs just paly with it it more then likely the problem

It's the amp.

Just don't push it so hard until you can replace it with a more overbuilt amp.

The kac 9152D is rated at 500rms @ 4ohm, 900rms @ 2ohm, and NOT reccommended for 1ohm use at all.

I would say it's only 4ohm usable if ur gonna push it hard...but 4ohm aint really pushin it hard by "most" folks standards..mine included.

It's just a cheap amp...it's not meant for competition use or evan hard labor like a RF/Kicker/Sundown/etc.

Just look into a more overbuilt amp, and maybe sell the oen you have to help pay for the upgrade.

It's a fine amp for an easy listening or SQish daily, just not really capable of even running 2ohm very long w/ out going into protect.

Check out some reviews on it they're pretty much all the same..protect issues.

edit* It's a monoblock...how is any of the previous info/recommendation gonna change anything? The AMP doesn't care if you use both +'s and -'s or not... it's a mono block amp.
