BigManAC Posted August 7, 2014 Report Posted August 7, 2014 The air in my trunk is stagnant due to it being sealed off from the cab. My amp would be a lot happier if it had some air flow going to it. The only problem is that im not sure if I should do just one side because of the power and speaker inputs would be blocking where the fans would go. TIA for any input. 2001 Saturn L200-Sony MEX-BT4100PFRONT STAGE:- (4) Crescendo PWX 6- Cadence XA250.2SUB STAGE:-Fi Audio BL 15 (Sealed Off)-Crescendo BC2kELECTRICAL:- Singer 240A alt - XS Power D3400- SkyHigh OFC power/speaker wire- Big 3 with SkyHigh 0gaugeBuild Log: Click HereScores: 146.5db @ 29hz Outlaw
hoit Posted August 14, 2014 Report Posted August 14, 2014 try the one fan on the side...check out the results...you could always rebuild the amp rack to allow more venting/ more space for a second fan in a push/pull configuration. .02 2007 Chevy Aveo Ls sedan 2 Sundown Xv2 on scv4k @ .5 ohm 2 pair RE XXX 6.5 components on sax200.4 @ 2 ohm Big Three, Three runs 1/0 power from front to back, 1 ground front to back Two runs ground from rear bank to chassis XS power d3100 upfront, 3 Odyssey 2150s in bank Singer 220 amp alt
