Cheapest thing you could do is remove the cat and straight pipe it If you're in a non emmisions state. Other than that intake might help some next step would be bigger turbo but seeing as how you said you aren't looking to do that it's never going to get loud loud just a little louder. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.
