i disagree with a MT being lower and deeper then a XXX, both my 05 and 06 models were lower bass producing and deeper then MT's

To each his own, I have a TL, and in MY CAR, in the correct boxes for each appropriate woofer, the MT's smoked the XXX's. I spent money owning both and i enjoyed them both, but show me two xxx 15's that play LOWER and DEEPER than mine, and THEN I will be impressed

There is no argument here.

xxx overwhelms the mt on low to subsonic. Im talkin 20hz. The xxx wants to play down there. Very simple

your installation only?

as ray just posted, XXX will pretty much kill a MT on lows, they love playing them. IMO if your not finding this maybe its time to question the installation.
