DylanBunch
I'm doing a 6th with 2 15s and I'm doing double layer 3/4" and 2x4s on the outside. Can never make it too strong dude! I'd just put some extra bracing on the inside if I were you. 2006 Ford Explorer 2 Team AA/Sundown 15s 6th order Ct Sounds 7k 4 PRV Mr500 8s Rockford p1000-2 Team Subsonic Lows

tlee2
what ratio are you planning on using and volume? curious because i want to do a 4th order in my truck. thanks 2:1 43 cubes total looks good def one of the cleanest suburbans ive seen thus far. thanks man thats what i said when i first looked at it Tuned in 2x4s around the shell it don't flex Are you wrapping them around the whole enclosure. I'm no expert but I thought a box of this sizes would really need to be made of like x4 thick walls. Maybe in over thinking how much a box actually flexes. yeah they are around 75% of it ive built multiple walls this way trust me its super strong. Also gonna be braced on the inside I'm doing a 6th with 2 15s and I'm doing double layer 3/4" and 2x4s on the outside. Can never make it too strong dude! I'd just put some extra bracing on the inside if I were you. Trust me i know. This is already playing with zero flex and ive not even added braces on the inside yet. Ive built a bunch of big enclosures i know how it goes great progress Thanks! updates in just a sec 6 Sundown X 15s 2 Sundown NS1 V2s C Pillar 4th order Bagged Suburban on 24s http://youtube.com/tlee333
