thanks for all the input guys!

to the ones talking about being able to handle 4kw, ect. thats not really a big deal for me, i dont plan on running that much power.

i'm looking into using 4 hdc3 18's and 2 AQ 2200.1's, so only 1100 or so per woofer.

'05 escalade - now for sale :(

'96 civic hatch - 4 Sundown SA-8's on an Aq2200d

TL numbers coming soon

'00 suburban - 4 AQ sdc2.5 15's on 2 Aq2200d's

153.1db @ 40hz / 150+db on music

now retired

you put 3000 RMS to a HDC3 and see how long it lasts.

they're so much cheaper then a DD for a reason.

notice i said 3000 and not 4000

1100 each will get loud, and be pretty effecient.

ive seen people run 3k to the subs...search ca.com... just cause it isnt stamped with a FI or DC doesnt mean it cant handle power...im sure some can not even run 3k to a btl without blowing it...its also stated by dj himself...

HERE WE GO

The only thing the HDC series and DD 9500 share is the basket.
