Mine demos awesome both windows down, If I want to add more pressure on the lows(below 30hz) I just put one side up, Doesnt matter which either. If you are going for sealed numbers on dash then do a drivers side port. But I dont compete in Iasca so I could care less about sealed numbers. Yeah my roof flexes but no more than any other build. Got a picture of your setup? are you middle port or top? You can do a top port, if you control the roof after. I added some 3/4" sheets to my roof, and flex VERY little. EDIT- also Lee's build is Top/Roof port. His roof goes ham due to him NOT being able to add anything after the b pillar. But it wangs. He set a state record. It really doesnt matter, If its built well and you get loud enough it will demo well.
