That's the advice from the guys here, who have been around the block and seen all of the impossible ideas. The issues is still space. I get that you want to use four 12's, but take a look at some of the best and loudest trunk builds on the forum, you might reconsider. mrd6 Posted September 17, 2014 Report Posted September 17, 2014 ^Small means nothing. Alot of the time the "smaller" subs, if you are talking about motor size, actually require larger enclosures. That being said I know nothing about your subs. However, I disagree with most of the guys in here. If those subs do have a reasonable sealed resonance in 1 cube each (45-55hz ish. I think a lower ratio trunk 4th would be a great build. Alot of times people get caught up in what is louder not necessarily what is louder across a wide bandwidth.
