Threaded inserts on the bed side to attach our resin panel to20140907_161559_zps38de2588.jpg

Resin panel bolted in and silicone to the accordion boot.

We made these mounts for the factory bolts because if we just got longer factory bolts, they would have come up straight through the baffle. 20140907_170756_zps2ef072c7.jpg

Then we dropped the Box into the truck without the 100 pound top and 40 pound sheet of plexi. Still took 6 guys struggling to lift it in properly

Then we got the port cut, bedlined, installed, and the top of the box on and the plexi mounted. The whole process from cutting the hole in the truck to getting it back together with the box mounted and everything weather proofed took 2 people 17 hours each.

This is the view from the inside of the truck20140908_210756_zps67a8bb22.jpg

Took it out for the first testing. We wired it to my nendo 2k at .66 ohms, and we were thrilled with how it sounds! Plays within 2db from 26 to 49 hz. Sounds great also!

We got a 146.7 out if it on my 2k dropping to 11.2 volts because my car electrical system is not beast lol

Then, we started making trim panels to go on the back of the enclosure to make it look nice. The plan is to bed line the panels we build, and to bed line the rest of the bed.20140909_134902_zpsfd11f768.jpg

I even took the time to do the corrugated bottom!

Then we cut the hole for the box

And then, we started on a battery rack for the 3 power safe 190ah batteries to go where the center seat used to be. 20140913_133937_zps760ae720.jpg

All bolted together20140913_134329_zpsbfab3da1.jpg

How it sits in the truck20140913_135417_zps174b08c3.jpg

20140913_135423_zpsd9c4582c.jpg

Loading these 128 pound batteries in!

20140913_135431_zpsfa7bdb20.jpg

The main center seat bolts were used to bolt down the battery rack. 400 pounds of batteries in the center console, and it is sturdy as fawk!!

20140913_153650_zps98247043.jpg

Started wiring the batteries. 2/0 jumpers to each one. And 3 runs in of positive 1/0 a few grounds, and 3 positive out to ns1, and 2 positive 4 gauges out to the crescendo symphony amps

20140916_211509_zpsd94278e3.jpg

Fuse blocks are sanded and CA glued to the back if the batteries. All lugs are crimped with a hydraulic crimper and heat shrunk.

20140916_211519_zps2cecccbb.jpg

Then we deadened the floor

And then we built a temp amp rack to make sure all equipment worked and everything was well, and we wanted to hear it so darn bad.

20140916_211501_zps2c9374a7.jpg

Ran some quick rcas to the equipment and turned it on.

And then we metered it and got these scores

Keep in mind, this is the first day subs were installed. No break in period at all. Should get louder :)

26 hz^^^!!!

Took it to its first meet as "under construction" people loved it!!

20140922_223557_zps5ae281b1.jpg

And then we realized we should put the carpet back in the truck, and make everything look nice.20140920_184335_zps5d31c5fd.jpg

We had to build a console to hide the ugly ass batteries lol20140922_121852_zps1937d5ff.jpg
