Those subs like 2-2.5 net 1.7 is going to be small, I'd do 4 instead of six. You'll be much happier with less subs in the correct size enclosure than more in a undersized enclosure. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. With that airspace in a wall, wouldn't that be enough for all 6? I know it would be pushing it but it sounds like he already has all 6, so he could utilize all of the subs.... Then again, port space for six 12's is going to be quite a bit and may only yield a little over 2 cubes net space.... I would say mock one up with some cardboard, see what your airspace is like and if it isn't at least 2.2 cubes per chamber, 4 would sound better. From there figure gross volume with 2-3baffles. Subtract the subs and figure out the port. Subtract the port and do bracing. After bracing and all of the above you have net. If not above 2cuft per sell 2 and buy electrical upgrades. t1500bdcp 2 t2d4 15" 1 t600.4 1 t400.2 1 set p1 tweets singer alt, tons of wiring, smd vm-1, 80prs, back seat delete, still in the works, aiming for a 145-147 with the ability to play 25hz up to 50hz. You may have a 38x36x26 area, but once you get the fit right and add interior boards, ports and bracing, that area goes down a lot. Also good idea above about inverting the subs. Then not only would need an extra 9in for the subs to stick out he would only be gaining .6 cubes not enough to really help.
