I agree Miguels, but they lady that go burned only wanted hospital bills paid for and missed wages. She wasn't trying to get rich. I'm not going to look it up again but it came out to about $18,000 total. McDonald's offered $800 and never attended any litigation meetings before it went to trial.

Again, that case is a really bad example of frivolous lawsuits.

And in the wings case, what else can they do? They have to please the masses when it comes to food. It would be great if money didn't matter, but if the only customer they keep is you, what good does that do them?

you didnt get my point.. what i did is not complain to have them go back to what i like. if everyone else likes the new wings they can keep them. i just dont order as much of them and pick other things from the menu. something other people could have done

I understand. My point is, if people were saying they don't like them and ordering other things, why would the company keep those flavored wings? Restaurants take items off their menus all the time because of low volume of sales. What makes you think this wasn't the case here?

because they have idiot customers that think they are tough around other people and say they are not hot.. i know the chick there and she says she has had people order 50 suicide wings just to show off. they only eat 2 wings and quit. bunch of drunk people don't know best and want to show off to girls and friends they go with. so they start saying wings are not hot enough.. how about dont order BBQ wings and order spicy wings if you want spicy lol

my point is.. a restaurant is never going to win. some people will complain about one thing. they change it and others will complain about why they changed it. its just the way it is and i bet thats the reason McD's was hotter then normal. im sure some people would complain about coffee getting cold to quick..

here is a fact. a guy at work complains McD's coffee aint hot enough like back then and gets cold by the time he gets to work.. so what should McD's do in this situation when in one hand people want hotter coffee and in another people want something thats not too hot. risk getting sued risk losing costumers

Really depends on the person on if it will give you energy or not, if you're used to having caffeine then it's not going to do anything for you but if you aren't well off to space you go. But it's still a stupid lawsuit.
