ok. sounds good. thanks for the help guys. I figured the 2 1/0 runs would cover it. I'm gonna have 450 amps worth of fuses. so 2 runs of ofc should be good for that. Anyone know a good 1/0 hex crimper for a reasonable price?

450 amps worth of fuses?

you can get a crimper that can crimp larger than oversized 4/0 on ebay for 80$ or less. Comes in a yellow case.

2 200 amp fuses and a 50 amp fuse. 450. i know power doesnt come from fuses. i was just saying that generally ofc 1/0 is rated for 300 amps. im gonna have 200 amp fuses on each plus the 50 fuse on the 4 gauge.

What amps are you going to run and are you running a ho alt?

That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.

Those Jl's have a 100 amp fuse rating so you really have no reason to put a 200 amp on each 1/0 run as you won't do be drawing that much.

thats what i thought, but all i had is a 200 amp layin around. is it going to do any harm with a 200 amp fuse? isn't the purpose of the fuse to blow before the wire gets fucked up? it won't damage my amp will it
