SMZ2
@snowdrifter this is measured with the amps wired in on low volume. @Krakin it is all 1/0 ofc sky high wire. 2 runs with 300 amp fuses on each end. @OrionStang lol maybe.... I'm going to remove the rear fuses then see what kind of voltage I am getting from the front run if that makes since. I'm thinking if it reads 14.5 again it has to have something to do with the grounds. Krakin
How long is each run of power? Krakin's Home Dipole Project http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/186153-krakins-dipole-project-new-reciever-in-rockford-science/#entry2772370 Krakin, are you some sort of mad scientist? I would have replied earlier, but I was measuring the output of my amp with a yardstick . . . What you hear is not the air pressure variation in itself but what has drawn your attention in the two streams of superimposed air pressure variations at your eardrums An acoustic event has dimensions of Time, Tone, Loudness and Space Everyone learns to render the 3-dimensional localization of sound based on the individual shape of their ears, thus no formula can achieve a definite effect for every listener. Guest
Try a different ground location, or even try prepping the current location better. I would say redo or upgrade the ground and go from there. The rear batteries ground is going Did you just wire all this stuff recently or has this issue developed over time? Krakin
Did you corrosion proof your wires? Sky High wire isn't tinned and will corrode making it worse over time. I plastidipped the grounds after they were secured down. If that is what you are asking. Krakin
You also need to do the power connections, but it doesn't stop corrosion completely.
