if your trying to play below 25, DD is not for you. Although I had one box that let me play 20 full tilt

Anyone have an idea on how to get 60-70sqin of Port with aeros?

I think you should do 4-5cubes. But on that power 4-4.5 cubes would be ok with around 60-70 sqin of port. Just set gains right with your amp and you will be fine,, and tuning 34-38 would do just fine

is that port area you recommend, as a slot port, or aero

That's for a slot port. With aeros you can get away with as low as 9sqin per cube.. Few months ago I ran a 9515i in a 5.5 cube box with a 10inch aero port(78.5sqin) sounded great though I was underpowering

Is there any type of diminishing return with aero ports, I feel like precision aero port might break, or am I thinking to hard.

i´ve tested that sub A LOT, they love smaller boxes for sure, no more than 4 c/f if you ask me, 2 6" aeros would give you an smaller bandwith , 3 4" aeros sounds amazing on that sub
