Sick build so far! Watch out for those roof braces that go across, those things need packed with foam or something before you deaden the roof. I had to pull a bunch of dedener off to get to then later on because they separated from the roof skin lol. Everything about these jeeps is great expect for how flimsy all the metal is haha!

Thanks guys! Yes the roof will need some good bracing.. it will be a gap about 5-6" from top of the box, to the roof that needs to be filled with foam, wood or something. Also wounder about welding some angle iron from the floor to the roof for support, and brace for sidewalls of the box. maybe :)

Some more progress. Baffles is almost finish. Needs to be laminated and some paint. Then mount everything, and hope it fits in the Jeep :P

Some more progress. Mounted t-nuts in the baffles. Baffles and inner walls glued and screwed together. Started some painting.. Next is to glue everything to the bottom, mount outer walls. The open space inside the inner walls will be filled with foam, glue on the top and finish the painting. etc etc B)
