I get trying to make an exotic box, but manipulating a wave like what you have planned is going to result in lost efficiency, BIG time. A straight forward bass reflex enclosure will impress when it's designed well. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you. It's carried me a long way in the car audio realm over the years. Now if I had time to experiment, I'd like to try for a "folded horn" or "wave guide" enclosure setup. Do a build with passive radiators if you can manage it. I'm going back to them if at all possible. "Clipping" is the biggest forum boner now.
