Don't use any tire shine shit on them. Just clean them and dry them. Now, every now and then I use my spray wax that I use on my car. I don't notice a difference though.

Can you elaborate as to why

Can you elaborate as to why

it will make them dull...if you are using it on the tires...just make sure you wipe the rims down after...overspray that is

Simonized waterless wash and wax spray. It's not expensive and keeps my wheels nice and dark. Best bit, is it doesn't leave streaks if you don't completely dry all of it.

I use one of those big fluffy, cotton wash mittens; Makes the job real easy if you have a tight spoke pattern.
