they wont be cheap. they are assembling them. it will still be cheaper to do the work yourself and assemble them yourself. this will benefit people that dont know what their doing, dont want to take the time to know what their doing, or arent smart enough to know what their doing.

Also people that want some kind of warranty with their purchase.

I'd pay the premium for peace of mind that I'm not going to electrocute myself from some sort of stupid mistake.

That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.

you can electrocute yourself the same even if its in an all in one package. just dont short positive with negative!!

Some caps have short circuit protection built in.

idk how that would work on these. this is a lot of current to protect from

so lets put it this way.. i have 5 d3100 to power a DC 9.0k that its rated to draw 900a. i know 1 will help but how many would i need? my 5 batteries should be enough for the current demand. but i want that missing link to my electrical

The more the merrier but my rule of thumb is 1 bank for every 100-200a of current draw. How much you'd need is really depending on how much of a current defecit have when it comes to your alternator's output and amp draw
