How hard is welding cable to run through a car or truck

Alot of it is just as flexible as audio wire.

I use welding wire an I have a place that i get it from super cheap an it's great wire .. They have weekly sales too 1/0 was 1.53 a ft couple weeks ago shipping free with purchase if 250 ft .. Is a plus

ALTERNATORS: 3-mechmans 1- 425comp, 1-smd spec350, 1-270 with adj voltage harness on custom dc bracket

WIRE:10-runs 0g front to back

BATTERIES:6-d1400s

TL results:157.1 at 38hz and 156.8 at headrest score @37hz. STATE AND NATIONAL RECORD IN MECA S5.

I got the 2/0 ofc (not the ultra flex orange) from welding supply and it's pretty damn flexible, much easier to work with than the Monster ofc I had in my last build (the monster is crap but just to give you a comparison).

I can easily tie it in a knot.

The only thing I would say is a con would be the jacket....if you put a decent amount of pulling force on the actual wire, it will slide inside the jacket....BUT by the time you get your lugs on and everything connected, it really doesn't make a difference in my opinion.

I used 1/0 copper lugs from SHCA.

Showed flexibility of my Excelene 4/0 for some people, since people think you need to tie shit in knots.

This was $3.96/ft shipped.

I ordered 30 ft of 1/0 welding wire

10 ft of red 3/4 shrink wrap

10 ft of black shrink wrap

and 12) 1/0 lugs for $96 shipped from wireandsupply, all on sale I guess.

and rite now the 2/0 is $2.30 ft

i love this sh--t man 1966 Ford Fairlane Pioneer prs 80, the big three, with 2 big azz agm batts, dual 270/200 amp alts , two 8'' mids and tweets in the kick( PPI phantom 600.2). two 10''s and tweets in the doors, two 10'' mids and tweets in the rear decK ( Lanar opti 500x2). 2 C2 Audio Threatcon 4 12s on a Crunch GP3000d. No crossover .
