definitely one way to do it if you don't have a router and a 1.5 inch roundover bit lol

question. what kind of wood was used here? I would like to get away from mdf finally.

I have router, but rounding bits costs here $300 (r= 1-2"), but with this type you can get (r= how high you want to sand it).

the wood i use is Birch Plywood.

To be specific: Russian Birch
