im45pl Posted June 8, 2015 Author Report Share Posted June 8, 2015 not a heap of progress but baffles are ready... was going to glue and screw them but want to just make sure of my measurements tonight just on case, also i need to get some more angle for reinforcement along with some other bracing that i am yet to work out got to use my kreg jig for the first time, these are really just to hold it square and in place until i get the angle in and a shot of it cleaned out at this stage im thinking of using for 6 inch ports for the rear chamber, around 7 inches long each, should give me around 25hz tuning... will do the numbers again before i make them though cheers for looking TEAM DC AUSTRALIA My_Build_Log Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

im45pl Posted November 10, 2015 Author Report Share Posted November 10, 2015 so i made the box a bit longer to help with airflow to the port ran the speaker cable for the woofers and got most of the back wall put on, the rear wall is 2 x layer 3/4 mdf then a layer of 4x2 pine and still have to put one more layer of mdf, should be strong enough... i have also decided once and for all to run a 3 way active front stage using the gladen mids and tweets with dayton 3 inch mids cheers for looking, hopefully more updates to come sooner rather than later TEAM DC AUSTRALIA My_Build_Log Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
