A little more electrical which I should have posted earlier but I just found the pics. Theres pics I found that I dont remember taking and pics I thought I took but cant find. Go figure. Oh well, here ya go.

Had to 45 one of the Sky High lugs

This is where I grounded the battery and the alt case to the frame.

All 2/0 cable wrapped in tech flex and 3:1 adhesive lined heat shrink

The alt case ground. I guess I snapped this pic before I added the upgraded charge lead, so just the OEM one is in the shot but I assure you that it was upgraded and done the same way the ground was.

Probably wasn't necessary, but I took the OEM ground that ran from the battery to the body that you see here and added a 1/0 run on top of it just for good measure.

Charges nicely

Ok so I stumbled across a few more in progress pics, it would have been ideal to post these earlier but i guess it's better to post them a little out of order than not at all.

So after my upgrades I seen good gains in all areas. Resting voltage, cold and hot charging, and voltage under load.

Not too much volume in this enclosure and because of the subs and port, there wasn't much room for bracing, and between the 1" MDF, and not the cheap stuff, and all of the fiberglass the box is solid as a rock. I did add 1" wooden dowel above and below the port though. This system doesnt have too much init, but I know I have zero loss due to box flex.

Painted the visible part of the rear piece that can be seen through the port.

I put resin 45's along every seam of this thing but I'll be damned if I can find the pics.

And yes I cleaned up all of the loose glass fibers
