tryintoflex
Look I'm not here to debate who's got better gear a bigger Dick a better housewife etc. The proof is in the puddin the amp he used is a different model but if it cea compliant it means it must produce what it says it will on the box So if it says 1000@1 ohm at 14.4v it has to achieve that or over same at 4 ohm or 2 ohm
Broke_Audio_Addict
The problem with the multi meter method is you'll have no clue where your head unit distorts and if you feed the amp a dirty signal it won't matter if you adjust it to 1 volt of output it will still be dirty. As kyle would say put shit in get shit out. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. Broke_Audio_Addict
Cea compliant means absolutely nothing. Calm your tits man the amp is fine for what you are trying to use it for just ignore the people telling you not to and let's work on the actual issues. Broke_Audio_Addict
You aren't helping matters either. You can find someone near you with a dd-1 or an oscope to help you tune it. Where are you located? Or droppin hz was supposed to launch a rental program for all the smd tools not sure if that's available yet but you could call and ask them.
