Just so everyone knows what's exactly going on. Mike Smiley, back me up if I missed something. I have 1 DC Power 240xp, 1 80ah Juice Box LiFePo4 battery. 2 runs of 3/0 pos front to back, and 3 runs of 3/0. I have 2 Taramps T30k amplifiers wired at .93 ohms. My box rise is right at 6 ohms. Average voltage drop was 11.7, as seen in video, average current draw was 1600 amps, as seen in video. We performed 6-9 runs back to back of 30-50 seconds full tilt sessions. It took roughly 13 seconds for each run to bring back up to 13.3 volts. We are clamping over 20k rising to 6 ohms on music. Throughout the videos, avg SPL on dash was 159.x door open. No smells from subs, amps, or batteries. No signs of failure anywhere during testing.

how is the battery performing, how is the voltage drop when it happens? is it sudden or does it roll off?

I went in detail both in written response, see post above as well as video.

I read the post and watched the video, i meant in response to the fact that not many lithium batteries have been really tested to the limits, i was wondering if the differences in the lithium battery are still noticeable when trying to support all of that. Obviously them dropping to 11.7 shows that they are providing a lot of power and on a consistent basis, but does the voltage drop react differently than regular batteries, does it provide at somewhat steady-ier voltage that say lead/acid batteries, or does it dip and rise constantly like you would see a regular battery react? how is having a voltmeter hooked up to them going, does it read pretty constant then just suddenly drop off, these are things i wonder because these new batteries are really interesting and your pretty much paving the way for the learning curve, there arent too many people out there ive seen with them and even if so, its hard to see how they actually perform.

Per your post on FB, you just need a new crank pulley. There is a rubber isolator between the outer pulley ring and inner pulley that disintegrates and allows the outer grooved section to move front to back and causes slipping/ squealing.

You have to be careful when this fails because the pulley can rub a hole in the timing chain cover if it slides far enough back.
