Second Skin Posted April 8, 2015 Report Share Posted April 8, 2015 The tricks the man above showed in the video, we have also heard of using a fire extinguisher to freeze and remove it. But Second Skin is designed to hold on for good....good luck with removing it and let us know if you find a method that works for you, plus side it won't out gas harmful vapors if you melt it off like this guy because there is no asphalt or crap fillers. Thumpper Posted April 8, 2015 Report Share Posted April 8, 2015 I used a CO2 fire extinguisher to cool the sound deadener and it came off in solid peices instead of sticking ...took me less than an hour per door with a hammer and 2" scraper .....and they were almost spotless Quote My Install Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
