JBGoodnuf Posted March 11, 2015 Report Posted March 11, 2015 I plan on having a Sundown SAZ-1200D (1x 1200+W) and a Pioneer GM-3400T (2x 60W) I have a single run of 1/0 to the trunk and plan on distributing that into 2 4ga runs to the amps, will the single 1/0 run be enough to handle the power to the amps? p.s i have a stock alternator (90A) and an AGM battery

Also OP the length of the run matters, as well as the metallic composition of the wire, but I didn't go that much into it because you only have a 90A alt. its stinger wire 50%cu & 50%cca the run is shorter than 13' btw im planning on upgrading to a 120A alt will that be enough?
