Hey guys, finally joined the forum and this is my first post. I just bought an aq2200 amp and was wondering if the stock electrical on a Toyota tundra could handle it.

I once ran 600k rms on stock electrical in a model t.

100% true story.

That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.

To answer your question op you will want to upgrade you electrical. The big 3 at the absolute minimum. Then think about a battery or maybe more. What amperage is your stock alt? Maybe a H/O alt is in your future.
