Anyway what are everyone's opinions on them? What kind of box? Etc.. Specifically looking at 2 18"s but any knowledge would help.. kalilac619 Posted March 28, 2015 Report Posted March 28, 2015 I have 2 15 ermegards on a ampere TFE wired at .5 at the moment.....beast subs for sure probably one of my favorite if not my favorite setups so far (ran Dc Lvl 6s,AA mayhems,soundqubed Hdc4s to name a few of my previous subs setups) they're not for everybody...bottom heavy is an understatement when listening to these....they play 20-35hz with authority and I mean authority but start to roll off above 40hz but not enough to effect my listening because I RARELY listen to anything up that high that I need cranked anyway since all I mostly do is demo and beat the shit out of them ,they do require some power to get near their potential and electrical to power that power...the TFE is almost enough for them they can realistically take 1 per so take that as you will... 2000 Suburban 6 runs of 2/0 12 JBL Pro audo mids ,6 timpano audio tweets and 1 Prv compression horn per door 475ah of yin long LTOs Triple 370 Amp Autotech Alts mids amps 2 Crescendo Skyway 3ks compreesion horn amp crossfire 800.4 Tweet amp Crossfire 2000.4 sub amp: 4 Crossfire XT 8ks Subs: 8 18 in Crossfires in a 4th order Best Scores at events… 163.5@38hz DBdrag sealed on the dash… 164.3 outlaw…162.9 Meca headrest

No hate taken lol, While building my current setup I've been saving hardcore for these sub's, I currently have $8k to spend torword this system. Will be more by the time they are released. I feel my electrical will be enough or dam close to it... Amp I want is a crossfire xs8k will be run at 1/2 ohm.. Thoughts?
