KiKaZz74 Posted April 1, 2015 Report Posted April 1, 2015 Just got my new vehicle. Its a 2009 dodge journey sxt. No uconnect system so I cany talk on phone or play bluetooth or do isb. I want to upgrade it to a double din size but not sure what there really is. I currently run an alpine cde147bt single din In the truck. I love it so Im leaning towatds alpine but may possibly be persuaded. What im looking for. 3 sets rca. 4v or up would be nice. But 2v will work also. gps would be nice. Steering wheel control capable by direct or harness bluetooth with calling is a must touch screen with decent resolution If there are buttons, color changeable usb is nice android compatible by cable is nice good eq or fully defeatable eq. good crossovers nice clean output Fast loading via usb pandora compatibility with controls remote would be nice pigtail harness so its not crammed into the back. hd radio is iptional satellite radio optional would like to be at $700 max closer to $500 can be used also. as stated would like to stay alpine but may be up for others. Or should I just stay single DIN? And keep the 147bt? Thanks for the help guys. Cody C. PS. Plans are to run a MiniDSP for processing forbthe front that I never got to use last time around. Broke_Audio_Addict Posted April 1, 2015 Report Posted April 1, 2015 The top of the line Kenwood's have everything you're looking for but they are out of your budget unless you find a an older model. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.

lwmn363 Posted April 3, 2015 Report Posted April 3, 2015 Pioneer AVH-X4700BS has everything your looking for except for navigation (which can be purchased as an add on). You can get one for $309 on Amazon. I just bought one, just got it yesterday so I haven't had a chance to install it yet, still waiting on the mounting kit.

KiKaZz74 Posted April 4, 2015 Author Report Posted April 4, 2015 Id just rather have a large touch screen to see the info I want and all that stuff.and it should blend better. after talking all I need is a good EQ, 2volt outs. Hd radio is ok. Bluetooth and pandora is a must. Android control would be great. Gps im going for a must. 3 or more sets of rca outputs.
