Stop tuning by ear. Get a real tool. Oscilloscope, or DD-1. Next, take a dmm and double check the wiring impedance of the subwoofers. Check continuity between amp and ground, battery(s) and grounds, and then use the proper tool to find HU max clean volume, then set your gain.

How do I clip the signal if my gain is set to barley any I just can't understand it , I feel like such a newbie .... But do you guys think adding another amp would help the issue ?

Over half isn't "barely" any gain. Its not a volume knob. I've set amps with almost no gain.

Don't add another amp until you figure out what you are doing wrong.

If your RCA input to the amp is higher than what the amplifier is able to match then you'll be clipping no matter what and you need to have a head unit that has a lower precut voltage the amp can handle. What is the highest input voltage the amp can take?
