Quiet4Lyfe Posted April 24, 2015 Author Report Posted April 24, 2015 Back at it once more.. Getting real close to the final product. Sanding away.. Putting in the First port piece. Throwing down wood filler, corner brackets, fiberglass, then bondo. Trying to make it bullet proof. The 7500's seen better days. Including this entire build.. Adding additional support beams by the baffle/port area for extra secure strap downs. About to layer in the front port. 6" tube. First piece cut and in. Going pretty good.. Look away from the dripping glue.. And the final placements are good to go.. Time for loads of fiberglass.. It's about to get QUIET. Expedition, Quad zv.4 18's, ab750.1, quiet mode activated...
