OrionStang
These subs? http://www.precisionpower.com/Manuals/Subwoofer%20Manuals/2010pcds.pdf And this amp? Only shows rated power at 16v, doesn't even list what it does at 14 or 12. http://precisionpower.com/store/products/amplifiers/pdx/pdx-10k.html OP, if you can't even determine how to build and tune a simple box, you are in way over your head with a wall. Do yourself a favor and do some research and learning. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread

aps01
the subs depending on quality coil's and design can take more power or can'r even take rated without blowing...also wall design and wall tuning makes a huge difference.i don't know though if this amp will do you any work at all since its rated at 16volt?any info on rated power at 12,6 volts?also basic category you will be competing is ss 3-4 as long as there are no modifications in the front half of the car(dashboard panels for speakers etc).so you are in a category i compete also.just to0 give you a small hint of where this category of car reached on numbers the world record was and is for 4-5 years in a row owned by a friend over here in greece and he owns the first and only car that officially broke the 170 dbs barrier.i myself am at 157.3(157.2 counts since i lost on the final in the last competition i went from the world record holder...)with 4 15's and one 9k amp '92 toy rolla EE90/AE92 1.3lt 12 x 8inch beyma (mids) 6 x beyma CP21-F tweeters(highs) 4 x 15 SPL Dynamics SPL380 D2(walled) 2 x ESX Vision 2500.2(mids,highs) 1 x SPL Dynamics D9-XS(subs) 4 x stinger SPV70 + 5 X SVR platinum 3500P batts 157.2 official on db drag comp-157.3 on same comp but eliminated...still a work in progress... Jhunt94
OP I think you really need to figure out what vehicle and how much space you're going to have vs how much you need, before we can really help you. If you're completely clueless as to how the air space in a sub box works with the port to gain a certain tuning frequency then I'd suggest going to this website http://www.bcae1.com/ and scrolling down the right side menu and reading some topics that you think will help you. 2007 Ford F-150 Reg. Intense Audio
Astrovan would be a good choice. Are you stuck on that brand of subs and amps? I built a b pillar wall in my buddy's astro with (4) fi 18's in 30 cubic feet net after port, woofer and brace displacement and tuned @ 27hz, it plays serious lows and does a 154.3 @ 23hz and 157.6 @ 32hz on (2) fosgate bd4000's on 12.1 volts. I'm always opened minded and if there's anything you want to know, just ask! I opened my first Car Audio Shop in 1993 and 22 years later, i'm still at it! Intense Audio
Here's a video of the wall tuned at 27hz running off 2 bd4000's. It'll be running off 2 crossfire 8ks very very soon. https://youtu.be/8TjFEHwEvYA I'm always opened minded and if there's anything you want to know, just ask!
