catch 22
I've seen a lot of people on here running dual inputs. It it possible for these to damage my amp? I know it allows more current to run to the amp more efficiently but is there such thing as too much current? I just don't want to screw up anything in my setup
Jhunt94
Amplifiers only pull what they need. You're providing the amp with current, not forcing current on it. 2007 Ford F-150 Reg. Cab. ILuvJDM
Unless you get the Procharger brand dual inputs, those are forced induction current capable
catch 22
So if my amp is getting enough current now, it would be useless to get the dual inputs except for looks? I already have some shca dual inputs and plenty of battery cable so I might as well use it.
magillaru
If you already have the inputs, use it. Singer Alternators Team Asshole #anothershittysingerbuild
mrd6
In all likelihood you won't hear a difference after installing the dual inputs. But if you compete you.might see a gain of a few tenths on the meter. If you are wired low, then dual inputs can be more helpful My Build Log: http://www.stevemead...-sundown-power/ Team NorthWestSPL
