Running two amp's strapped vs. one bigger amp?

i prefer gain matching

hate strapping, like multiples ... but.. im a noob

I also learned to dislike strapping. went from one amp @1ohm to two strapped @1ohm and lost on the meter lol o well, fuck it

Yes it did,thank you.The only down fall I can see with running two amp's,but not strapping them,is setting the gain's exactly on both amp's,without any special tool's.

no down fall gain matching..... none what so ever...

how would you set the gains if you strapped?....

If you have a dmm you can gain match it too. If you don't use the proper tools to set your gains, just find a spot on one amps gain that makes you happiest I guess for your distortion free point, measure the AC voltage output on that tone at that setting, and then just adjust your second amp to output the same voltage on the same tone.
