Mr Bigolsworth Posted July 12, 2015 Report Posted July 12, 2015 Got the chance to purchase one used about 1,300shipped. Never seen or heard one in person. Curious how it holds up to say dc 7.5k or 9k and if it's worth the money. Thanks for any input or reviews. 2002 chevy avalanche Currently have: 2 dc xl 18 set of T2652-s scv-6k Ct sounds 75.4 270a mechman xp3000 d3400 Wanted: saz 200.4 Second set of T2652-s D3100's deadner

Smoove Posted July 12, 2015 Report Posted July 12, 2015 I can't say how they compare to DC amps. But ll_wwcnd_ll on here has 2. Very impressive amps.http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/198087-2007-42l-chevy-trailblazer-flat-wall-rebuild-build-log-4-crossfire-xsv2-15s-2-crossfire-8ks-xs-power-batts-singer-alts/page-6 2 Team Fi 15's v1 2 DD M5's 970amps of Alt 6th order blowthroughThe truck Blowthrough build : http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/155555-smooves-1996-chevy-ext-cab-c1500-slow-build/The 350z build : http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/170694-smooves-2003-nissan-350z/ My FB page https://www.facebook.com/pages/Smooves-Car-Audio-and-performance/719746144805343 Team Fi Audio http://www.ficaraudio.com/
Mr Bigolsworth Posted July 12, 2015 Author Report Posted July 12, 2015 thanks for the help smoove. messaged him just to get feedback. these amps are hard to find reviews on. the only time i do everyone seems to compare to the dc 9k. 2002 chevy avalanche Currently have: 2 dc xl 18 set of T2652-s scv-6k Ct sounds 75.4 270a mechman xp3000 d3400 Wanted: saz 200.4 Second set of T2652-s D3100's deadner
Smoove Posted July 12, 2015 Report Posted July 12, 2015 If I remember correctly the DC 9k performs best at 16v. The crossfire be purchased in a 12v or 16v version. 2 Team Fi 15's v1 2 DD M5's 970amps of Alt 6th order blowthroughThe truck Blowthrough build : http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/155555-smooves-1996-chevy-ext-cab-c1500-slow-build/The 350z build : http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/170694-smooves-2003-nissan-350z/ My FB page https://www.facebook.com/pages/Smooves-Car-Audio-and-performance/719746144805343 Team Fi Audio http://www.ficaraudio.com/
Mr Bigolsworth Posted July 12, 2015 Author Report Posted July 12, 2015 they seem like pretty solid amps and the fact that they do seem to be compared to the 9k makes the price point nice about $150-200 below a used dc 9k. no build planned seeing I'm going to japan in december for the next to years but would be nice to hold onto. i wanna build a c-piler tahoe once i get back for daily and demo's. they compare it to the dc 9k at the 12-14v range. 2002 chevy avalanche Currently have: 2 dc xl 18 set of T2652-s scv-6k Ct sounds 75.4 270a mechman xp3000 d3400 Wanted: saz 200.4 Second set of T2652-s D3100's deadner
