So far I've seen some pretty low prices from you guys. Why don't you head on out to the Virgin Islands and try paying for gas. Right now, I pay $4.31 per gallon of premium and it goes up every day. The only advantage we have down here is that the gas prices don't really matter because the island is only 8 miles long haha.

Equivilent $2.10/litre= $8 Gallon. (although because of the differences over here and the value of the £/$, it's not too much different to what you guys are paying in real terms)

Sucks to be me :(

And not buying fuel for one day would not work. most people would just buy more the day before/after to compensate (can't not go to work etc for the sake of a short term saving of a small amount on fuel) so the amount actually sold wouldn't change much ;)

In fairness I can't see it going down again, might as well face it that from here on it's just going up, it might take a while for economies to actually adjust to it though.

With all the stupid Enviro-taxes over here (they were going to add another 2p/litre onto fuel but put that off untill oct.) I can see it increasing by at least 35% over here in the not too distant future...
