Checkout the forum and you will find alot of woofers that will accomplish what you want and possibly be alot louder and alot cheaper. Yes they are expensive but they get loud and sound real good doing it so if you are willing to spend the money for the Sub and an amp that will sufficiently power it i think you will be happy with the Mtx.
