Yeah in that short video i posted i reved the engine and it still did it, its like the alternator is turning on and off constantly but i don't know for sure, Mike said the large Desno case puts out 200amps at 800rpm and 275 at 2,000rpm, so i know its not an idle problem.

Yea thats weird you might need a shorter belt. Take a DDM and check the voltage at the battery and have someone rev it also.

The belt is super tight so i don't need a smaller belt and i have a voltage meter in my car and i also checked with a multimeter and it reads the same thing, Ive done everything possible of my knowledge to fix it without trying different things with the turn on wires, i don't want to move the wires to different spots and risk burning up the regulator or something, thanks for you're replys though.

I used to have Singer alt back in my 2000 Accord and had exact the issue.. I dont remember exactly what was causing the problem but it had to do something with ecu and smaller pulley.. long story short the easiest solution was to keep my fan or parking lights on so the car required some power current and it was constantly chagrining 14+ but never 14.8

I think Mike also said that he could upgrade the alt so it will charge 14.8 constant but then the battery light could show up..

sometimes Loud is NOT pretty

Sounds like its safe to go ahead and bend that ass over.

Hmm that is weird, well i actually tried that also i reved my engine to 2,500rpm, turned on my AC, lights and other stuff then i did a 40hrz burp with my sub and the voltage still dropped but never went below 12 volts, i turned everything off while still at 2,500rpm and it still did the same thing. :/ and in my vehicle the battery light comes on once the PCM regulator is bypassed but for some reason it doesn't come on so that tells me maybe my computer is trying to control the alternator somehow.

Is that a computer controlled alt?

Also do you have your big 3 done?

That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.
