g2shuck
Dont cheap out. Ive seen many cheap holders melt due to high current loads. Of not gonna cheap out on anything electrical. Never have before never will. I used sky high holders in last couple installs. I just didn't know if there was a better deal out there that I wasn't aware of or not. 2000 Toyota Camry With Sealed Off Trunk Sky High OFC Wiring DC Power 270 XP Alt AQ 2200 Sub Amp Two DC Level 4 m2 12s 80 Mil Murdetmat Gathering Parts For Wall Build. Miguels
I don't know what you're going on about. The ones posted here are just the same as the sky high ones. Sky high only difference is the logo on them. Get off the nutthuger wagon. Sky high fuse holders are just as cheaply made as those on eBay. Might even come from same factory.. I own the sky high ones and the eBay ones and the ones local and see no difference from one another. I get some from either toolmaker or project db. If I get less expensive I use some that have a big chunk of aluminum not just a bolt my logshttp://www.stevemead...-my-new-set-up/my blow through loghttp://www.stevemead...future-updates/ 96 ss http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/164094-96-impala-ss-build/

I install systems for friends and have used many different brands. Just because they look the same dont mean that they are. To me sky highs have a more solid feel than those 5 dollar ones. They didnt feel like the bolt would snap of while torqing the nut on. I myself use db link and knukonceptz holders but i have some other cheaper holders too and most have either stripped out or the plastic casing has cracked just from being installed. I for one am so tired of hearing about SkyHigh this and Rockford that. Skyhigh is without a doubt CHINA made. That has been proven and admitted. You are paying for the logo is all. Damn, lets think for ourselves when it comes to the audio we buy. Just because some brand buys a spot on SMD doesnt mean it is the absolute best and only option. Just saying.... Sky High and Rockford are forum sponsors, I wouldn't expect to hear bad things about a company in a forum that they are sponsoring I know what you're talking about but sometimes you have to take things with a grain of salt personally I really like the NVX anl holder the backing is much thicker and stronger than my old stinger holders
