jeep187 Posted October 29, 2015 Report Posted October 29, 2015 I have 2 SSA Evil 15s My box Outside Dimensions is 41W x 31H x 21D / Double Baffled all the way arournd 1.5" Birch My box Inside Dimensions is 38W x 28H x 18D I have 2 Braces 1.5" x 3.5" x 38" and 1.5" x 3.5" x 18" I need help with designing a port. I would like to be tuned to 28hz / As you can see my Port is too Small. I dont want to remake the box i would like to Remove this Port and fix this Box. Box inside Cubic Feet Empty 11.08 Brace Cubic Feet .17 Both Subs Displacement / 2 x .22each = .44

The problem you are most likely going to run into is your port is going to have to be longer than your box is deep. You are going to have to have the port wrap around the inside of the box to some degree, which could be tough to implement. Again. This measurement is not CUBED. It is square. You are not getting this. By those measurements you have 45 inchest. Of which is LACKING. Some one said if i make say 2 ports 3 x 10.25 and 2 ports 3.375 x 12.25 Total 4 ports at 9 inches long i will have my port area and tuned to about 28hz Please give me any input. Thanks
