Probably a free sticker and some energy drinks to start. You'd have to be pretty damn influential to get free gear. I know with sports gear sponsorships unless you are a big name, you basically just get some smallish (20-25%) discount on new gear you buy from them and like a free hat. Generally no-name small startup internet type brands are more likely to even be looking to sponsor someone. Rockford is a pretty lofty goal. ROLEXrifleman Posted November 5, 2015 Report Share Posted November 5, 2015 Sponsorship is like joining a fraternity, you have to bend over backwards and jump through hoops to get in, once in you're a no one for a very long time, once you become a someone the group of people who it matters to is so small you'll be questioning why you wasted your in the 1st place. In the meanwhile you'll have spent far more money on keeping up with the requirements than the discount is worth. Unless you live and breath car audio 24/7/365 just be you and don't worry about a team. Rolex you sicken me. You dont get on the team to start your system, you get on because youve been a loyal customer, and they know you arent just looking for "free gear". spend 60k like some people do on product because its the product you want to run, not the product you can get for the cheapest, then if you do good, they will approach you.
